I woke up this morning and did’nt feel like doing anything, infact I have been feeling like that since the begining of the week, The morning routine felt like a tedious task, All I wanted was to lay in bed and mop, my thoughts wondered up and down, I thought of all the things I wanted and didnt have yet, all the projects not yet completed and everything I needed to do and then opening my eyes by 4am and daylight is in my face bla bla bla bla…
After dressing up, I started to feel bad that I was not okay so I paused, sat down, Charity give yourself a break.
Sometimes the cares of life and things not happening as fast as you want them to happen can weigh you down, its okay to be down, it okay sometimes not to be okay, its okay to lay down and mop and think,but you cannot continue not to be okay. Get up, think happy thoughts, think about the fact that you are alive and have a chance to fight the next day..
