“the wind was breathing through the trees”

Riding on the train this morning I can say boldly that my mind is totally blank.

Like clock work I woke up, said my prayers, brushed my teeth, took my bath and got dressed, not one hint of excitement about going to work and I am sure there are thousands of people out there who has the exact same feeling i am having at the moment….

Pause….

Silence…..

I have a job I go to, I could actually get up, I could breathe, I could brush my teeth and wear my cloths, I could afford to get on a train….. Damn girl that is enough to be excited about…

What about the people that can’t do what you do without thinking, asking God for one more chance to be whole…

I remind myself daily never to take life for granted… I remind myself today to breathe….

Do this with me,wrap your arms around yourself all the way back and squeezed tightly, tell yourself you gat this……

Breath

Yours sincerely
